Hello to all! I graduated from nursing school in January 2009, sat for my boards in April, passed and am now accepting my first position as a LPN in a long-term care facility. I am so excited and I feel like I am on a great path. I will be working the 10 p.m.-6 a.m. shift. I am a little nervous about how this will play out, but I'm sure things will work out. If there is anybody out there working the night shift, I would appreciate some advice on how to settle into my new position.
