The Sigma Theta Tau International Foundation for Nursing has installed its board of directors for 2005-2007.
The foundation was created in 1993 to safeguard the assets of the Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau International, and to raise funds to support honor society programs and initiatives, including the Virginia Henderson International Nursing Library and nursing research grants.
"These directors offer rich and diverse experiences to oversee the important activities of the Sigma Theta Tau International Foundation for Nursing," said Nancy Dickenson-Hazard, chief executive officer of the honor society.
