NURSES If Florence Could See Us Now

Local nurse leaders and experts enjoy a night out at the Philadelphia premiere of the new nursing documentary

With more than 3.1 million registered nurses in the United States, according to the American Nurses Association, it can often be difficult for those outside the profession to answer the questions, who are nurses and what do they do? Documentary film-maker Kathy Douglas, RN, MHA, NURSES film director, chief nursing officer, API Healthcare, and president, On Nursing Excellence (ONE), decided it was time to let nurses of all specialties answer the questions themselves. Her feature-length documentary, NURSES If Florence Could See Us Now, premiered in Philadelphia December 2012, sponsored by Drexel University Online.
