I enjoyed the video and it was important to hear what the circulating nurses said about their peers learing and that they were also the newby and that it is important to remember that we all started somewhere. It also is was good that the nurses noted that you have to have a back bone and be able to take criticism and learn from it, not look at it as a personal assult to your compentency.
