Menomonee Falls, WI - Dunn Elected to American Hospital Association Position

Lynn Dunn, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC, director of mental health and advanced practice and Magnet Recognition Program at Froedtert Health Community Memorial Hospital, has been elected to the American Hospital Association's Psychiatric and Substance Abuse Governing Council.

As a member of the 16-person section, Dunn will help shape AHA political, economic and market-driven services and policy. She will help advise the AHA on public policy issues, advocacy positions, emerging issues and members' service strategies. Dunn was elected to a three-year term that ends in December 2014.

At Community Memorial Hospital, Dunn oversees services provided on the hospital's 16-bed inpatient mental health unit, the unit's intensive outpatient program for substance abuse, the advance practice wound, ostomy and continence nurses, and the coordination of activities related to the Magnet Recognition Program.
