The College of Mount Saint Vincent School of Professional and Continuing Studies now offers an accelerated bachelor's degree program in nursing that is specifically geared towards helping college graduates make themselves more marketable in today's economy.
The program is designed for those holding bachelor's degrees in a discipline other than nursing from an accredited college or university. This program, which is now accepting applications for fall 2012 enrollment, allows students to earn a nursing degree in less than a year and a half at CMSV's Riverdale or Midtown Manhattan location.
"Obtaining a bachelor's degree through the Mount's accelerated nursing program is a great investment in one's future," said Edward Meyer, dean of the School of Professional & Continuing Studies. "The degree not only allows individuals to become more marketable in today's economy, but it also positions them for rewarding careers in the growing field of healthcare."
