Stephanie Wroten, MS, RN, LNC, a student at Jefferson School of Population Health, Philadelphia, and a nurse educator at NewCourtland Education Center, Philadelphia, was chosen as a 2010-11 Greater Philadelphia Schweitzer Fellow. Wroten will join 200 Schweitzer Fellows across the country in creating service projects addressing unmet health-related needs of communities. Wroten aims to address poverty and homelessness by developing the HEALTH (Hygiene, Exercise, Academics, Literacy and Teaching to Humankind) Initiative in conjunction with the Honickman Center, Philadelphia.
