Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control, and people of all ages and backgrounds can get the condition. It's not only deadly, but also expensive, costing the U.S. healthcare system $108.9 billion each year for care services and medications. Because February is dedicated to heart health awareness, ADVANCE is pleased to provide the following resources to help you and those you care for get heart healthy.

The Heart Attack Symptoms would be great as a poster to display in a variety of settings.
