Center for Diagnostic Imaging Announces New General Counsel

Center for Diagnostic Imaging (CDI) announced the promotion of Anh Le Kremer to general counsel and chief compliance officer. In this role, Kremer will be responsible for overall management of CDI’s legal, compliance and risk management functions. Kremer most recently served as deputy general counsel, corporate compliance officer and assistant secretary, according to a press release from CDI.

“Anh is an exceptional strategic advisor who has supported CDI through continued growth and expansion,” said Rick Long, chief executive officer at CDI. “She is a strong partner and advisor, and a leader who has demonstrated great skill in transactions and compliance matters that span our organization.”

“Anh has been instrumental in organizing and expanding our legal department to provide the best experience to our markets and customers,” said Henri Minette, CDI’s general counsel who will share that role with Kremer. “I appreciate her passion and candor, and the valuable insights she brings to our leadership team.”

Prior to joining CDI, Kremer was an equity partner with Stinson Leonard Street litigating complex business and employment disputes and served as co-chair of Stinson’s Business Torts Practice Group. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Federal Bar Association in Arlington, VA, a national association serving more than 17,000 federal lawyers and judges.

Kremer earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities and her law degree, cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline in St. Paul.
